• Advance security deposit of $400.00, unless paying by credit card.

Farm House Rates - Four Adults
The first two nights:

Each additional night: $345.00* Peak Season
Each additional night: $245.00* Winter

Weekly Rate

Winter $1,695.00*

Monthly Rate
Peak Season $6,500.00
Winter $4,500.00

Cottage Rates - Two Adults
Rented Separately (two night minimum):
Peak Season $245.00* a night
Winter $185.00* a night

Rented together with main Sonoma Farmhouse:
Peak Season $215.00* a night
Winter $160.00* a night

Holidays
Winter rates do not apply on Holiday weekends (Christmas, New Years, Martin Luther King, Easter, etc.). A 10% charge will be added to Holiday weekends, and a three day minimum rental will apply.

*Plus an additional 10 percent Sonoma Hotel Occupancy Tax, which is not included in these rates, will apply to all reservations.
