The front yard greets you with its charming white picket fence and the gates open up to a landscape filled with a multitude of Mediterranean plantings including olive, fig and orange trees, roses, sweet lavender and other colorful perennials and annuals. The farmhouse has plenty of off-street parking for you and your guests.

The rear yard is completely fenced and offers a shady lawn area, colorful rose garden, six-person arbor-covered hot-water spa, Italian fountain and delightful gravel paths bordered by lovely low stone walls. Have your morning coffee on the rear deck, complete with patio furnishings, or just cook up a storm on our propane gas grill by our grape arbor for an evening meal, finished with a relaxing soak and massage in the spa.
